The drive-thru has rules at Kentucky fried Chicken in Rensselaer. A rule that blew my mind and I have never heard in my life at any other fast food place ever. While I was looking at the menu the window at the drive-thru asked if I was ready to order yet. And I said no if you can give me a minute to figure out what I want I will let you know in a moment when I'm ready.
