The price is really high. When I went, I went through the drive through and the manager was talking to someone on the phone, telling them they are going to get written up if they are late and then proceeded to tell this person that other people called off.. Then, after she hung up with this person, she proceeded to mock them to the other people working with her. It is very unprofessional, especially for a manager.
My food came out quickly and the staff were friendly! The atmosphere was your average fast food atmosphere.
Dietary restrictions: Pescatarian options. My friend loves their fish sandwiches and recommends the one with Hawaiian rolls as buns!

I would give it Zero stars if i could.At 3:20pm me and my 6 year old son walked in wanting french fries. The cashier nearly trampled my son as she was trying to rush out the door while putting on her jacket just so she could get a cigarette she did say sorry but as she realized she has to do her job she rudely asked me. Are you going to order food? I said yes then at the counter as I started to order she interrupted me and told me I was ordering it wrong and lectured me if I use my brain And thought about where I'm at I could clearly order it the right way. (Seeing she has little intelligence and has previous drug use in her past) i tried to hurry it along by interrupting her lecture by saying I'm kind of in a hurry she got and attitude with me Seeing the attitude I decided to leave the establishment because she would be part of making mine and my son's food... I don't wish anyone to be fired even a rude bitter person like this cashier. But I do hope the management checks her attitude. And explain to her A question answered is suffice. When she asked what I meant by " regular" fries and I answered crinkle cut there is no reason to talk down to me or give me a lecture, especially when if you Google Regular fries at arby's you get thousands of pictures of crinkle cut fries and if she wasn't rude and let me continue my order The next words out of my mouth would have been one small curly fry. Management, if the job is that complicated for her watch her

So, stopped in to get dinner with my family. Cashier was really pushy, rude, and unclean . I ordered a beef and cheddar meal double ended up with a turkey sandwich that wasn't my order. My husband ended up with hair in his sandwich which was a rueben. I would not recommend this arbys to any one. Staff especially Christopher is very rude toward customers, he should be reprimanded.

Not only did she not inform us of missing ingredients for our food she was leaning all over the counter while her employees were working hard. I was extremely disappointed to not be informed that my sandwich wouldn't be complete, plus we got old dried out pieces of chicken with hardly any mayo on the sandwich. The only positive thing about this place was the window lady's attitude, she was polite and friendly. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!

Just ordered a lot of sandwiches the other day around 9 pm on the mobile app. After looking better they had my pick up time the next morning. I would not even be in town any more. I went to the window an explained it to them an I said it needed canceled they said they have nothing to do with the online. Checked on it two days latter an the app said it was picked up. SO I payed for something I didn't even receive.
