They took our pickup order wrong, so my lunch wasn't included in the order, and then we had no way to go back to pick up my lunch after we discovered their error. I called and asked them to please allow me to order and have them deliver my lunch to me at work since they messed up our pickup order and I had no way of going to pick it up, but the manager spoke over me, interrupting me repeatedly, refused to listen to me, and was incredibly rude.
