Domino's Pizza in Richmond

“I am not a fan of them marking my orders complete when it hasn’t been delivered or picked up yet. Then when you get to the restaurant, it looks abandoned and is stuck waiting for someone to appear to hand over the “complete” order. It has also happened when I ordered delivery and the app marked it “complete” when the driver is nowhere near my location. I get them padding their time but the customer service is declining and it’s disappointing.“

“They still took my order even though it was 1:29 p.m. haven't had anything to eat all day. And my girlfriend is going to be hungry when she gets home I figured this was my last option. They took my order without hesitation was very nice about it and I couldn't give they are compliments to Samara and the crew. Absolutely fantastic!“
