Great food, perfectly seasoned, the salad the burgers I had, the union rings and hush puppies, all were very filling and tasty, the waitress was very kind, and the atmosphere was also nice.

Cozy little place with good home cooking, friendly owner, and friendly customers. The chicken fried steak is the best I ever had! The pancakes are fluffy, the fried potatoes aren't greasy, and the eggs taste like Grandma's. Yum!

I've lived Richmond for about 2 years now and I just now visited Joann's for the first time last week and it was great! I got the pancakes and waffle and they both were really good. The waitress was amazing and the other employees were nice and attentive as well. The prices are INSANELY GREAT compared to everything else in this town which will have me coming back for more.

I put 4 ⭐ for the food because my pancakes were a little burnt on the bottom,...
