Well, I can't tell you about the food because I never got mine. I ordered online, my husband went to pick it up, and they didn't have it. They never even offered to take an order when he got there. If you want to stay on your diet, order Papa John's. They have a zero calorie, no food menu.

I called twice and it sounded like a scam at first so I just paid cash. When the lady came she said that the delivery fee that is on the receipt is not for the delivery person, so what is the delivery fee for then? I’m not going to pay 5 dollars for delivery fee and then pay another 5 or more when that delivery person gets here. “STUPID”!

My 91 year old mom wanted to try the new Crispy Parm Crust pizza, it was like cardboard. The toppings and sauce stopped about an inch from crust. You could not taste the parm cheese on the bottom, when we flipped over a piece of pizza, there was just a tiny bit of cheese baked in on the bottom, the whole bottom wasn't covered. Not worth the price.

I just order a large the works no black olives. It was AWFUL. It had just a ton of veggies on the pizza hardly any meat and extra cheese. I didn’t order any extra anything but onions. It was SO NASTY. It was soggy. Tasted like deliver smoked on it! Worst Pizza I have EVER HAD
the only place open last night at 11 p.m. that we found on all main St. besides pizza king and let me tell you the wings last night were top 3 hot wings w extra ranch I've ever had in my life! def deserve a better rating. and the service was friendly service wasbl great at the window ......... it just became a new years eve tradition in our home .

Tried to place an order over the phone through the "call center" then because the foreign operator couldn't understand what I was wanting, I Got connected to the richmond store finally and the employee was rude as all get out..no more papa John's for me! Ordered from here several times and the pizza has been subpar anyways,figured I'd give them one last shot..thats a negative I'm done ill take my business to pizza hut
