Only thing I didn't like was very little toppings on the pizza and so much dough.

Pupatella offers authentic Neapolitan pizza, one of the few places in Richmond that makes it just right. The staff is friendly and genuinely cares for all the guests, making the service excellent. The pizza crust is thin, soft, and chewy, with interesting topping combinations that are not your average pizza toppings. The toppings are generous and well chosen, and the marinara is bright and balanced. The mozzarella balls, meatballs, and risotto ball with cheese and chorizo appetizers are delicious. Pupatella also provides many vegetarian options, making it a favorite among pizza lovers in the area. The margarita pizza is a popular choice and is often ordered to go. The onion tart is recommended for something a little different. Although the pizza doesn't travel especially well, it can be revived beautifully in a 350°F oven. With its own parking and quick service, it’s a great spot for a fantastic Napoli-style pizza.
