Id give 100 on service but it won't let me just left taco bell while I was there I received the best service in over 30 years that young man in the window handled us like a boss he was amazing polite courteous he could definitely run that store. Hey taco bell give this kid a chance he is the best

I brought my 90 year old mother there & was told I had to order through the kiosk. I am not an employee, nor have I been trained to use one. An elderly couple right behind me looked bewildered as well. I ordered, then couldn't get a drink because the kiosk wanted to give me a large & I wanted a small. I went to the counter to pay & waited... Since no one would take my money I left. Unfortunately the drive thru & wasting fossil fuel is the only way to visit your establishment.

I went yesterday around 12:30 and no one else was in the drive thru. I ordered and paid and made the mistake of not checking the bag! I figured because it wasn't busy, surely they'd get my order correct. I was wrong! I got all the way home and two of my items $7 worth of food wasn't in the bag! Is it really that hard?

Ordered 2 deluxe boxes. The burritos in both boxes did not have any filling. Just plain tortilla with a little beans..aweful! Don’t go here.
I went in for lunch. The woman behind the counter asked me if I was there to eat. I indicated that I was. Then she instructed me to order from the kiosk. I said that I would just go somewhere else. Very quickly she offered to take my order but the damage had already been done. I went back to the motel and ordered pizza. I won't be going back.
I love eating at Taco Bell, my food is always good, never have too long of a wait, and the staff is very friendly at the East Main restaurant in Richmond, IN!! You guys rock!!!

1 star is too good for them. They get my order wrong every single time. I'm so happy to have to decide losing my food or have to go back to the store to get things they forgot every other day. You'd think I'd learn to stop going there but here I am. The other side taco bell gets my order right everytime so unless they fired the entire staff I don't think it'll ever change. I swear to never ever come back to this location ever again

Extremely slow and was rude over the intercom. Get to the window and then the girl there says absolutely nothing, no greeting at all. Didn't get the sauces I asked for in fact no sauce at all. Not sure if it's a taco bell portion thing or just this location but got the cheesy chalupa box and got a little steak with my onions. Last but not least ice machine was broke so got a hot diet Pepsi. Gotta love fast food.
