The most Rude manager. First of all one employee needed help clocking in or out when she needed help this manager thru her hand up ( like talk to the hand ). I tried ordering water on the kiosk when there is no way to order. I asked same person for a cup for water when she slammed it down in the counter. If this was my employee I would definitely have her in the back where she didn’t have to deal with public. Very Rude

Terrible customer service all of the staff is rude So easily to get defensive over a drink The cashier looked like she wanted to throw the drink at me because I ordered a senior Dr Pepper for my grandfather And then proceeded to ask me four times if I had a senior in the car And then try to up charge me for the drink

Why does your Mexican pizza always taste like plastic?! It's only at this location. I thought maybe one was just bad the first time, so I gave a second chance and then gave a third chance. All taste like plastic. I've thrown them away each time. It's something to do with how the shell is cooked. Somebody might want to look into that before it makes people sick.
No complaints HERE, staff has always been fast & friendly & got even my special orders correct.

if i could give them 0 stars i would. service was absolutely terrible- lady screaming through the drive through speakers- being extremely disrespectful to me and the car in front of me. cut me off every time i tried to tell her my order. didn’t get my order right was missing over half of it and charged the full amount. not to mention the food tasted like shit.

I asked for no ice. I got ice.
I asked for sausage in the breakfast crunch wrap, and received bacon.
My partner's iced coffee tasted downright bad, despite being her usual order.
Staff are nice and I can understand mistakes when things are busy. But there were no other orders in the store and we were the only car in line, so getting every part of my order wrong is frustrating.

Placed a door dash order, entire order was not in bag. Went to Taco Bell to place an additional order and pick up what was missing to be screamed at by drive thru staff because door dash orders get picked up inside. Well ma’am, if the order had been placed on the bag when door dash first picked it up I wouldn’t be back. And if you despise your job that much, find another one. Yelling at your customers won’t fix your problem.

I went through the Taco Bell drive-thru recently(08/31) approx. 1030pm and was blown away by how good the food was. Everything tasted freshly prepared, but the real standout—the star of the meal—was the Cantina Chalupas.
The shells were phenomenal: warm, soft, and slightly chewy in the center, with a delicate golden crispness along the edges. They had that perfect handmade feel, almost like fresh fry bread, and they held their structure without getting soggy. Each bite offered the ideal contrast between the fluffy shell and the flavorful fillings.
Inside, the ingredients came together beautifully. The seasoned chicken was savory and well-balanced, the lettuce crisp, and the tomatoes bright and juicy. The cheeses and sauces melted into everything seamlessly, adding creaminess without overpowering the freshness. Honestly, these Cantina Chalupas tasted far above what I expected from a fast-food drive-thru—they could rival something you’d get at a sit-down restaurant.
The Crunchwrap Supreme was also excellent—crispy, warm, and perfectly layered—but it was the Chalupas that made the meal unforgettable. Even the Baja Blast tasted especially fresh and cold, rounding out the experience.
I also want to highlight the drive-thru worker, who made the experience even better. They were clear, friendly, and efficient over the speaker, repeating my order back to make sure it was correct. When I pulled up to the window, they greeted me with genuine warmth and a smile, handled my order with care, and made the interaction feel personal instead of rushed. It’s rare to see that level of professionalism and positivity in a fast-food setting, and it left a lasting impression.
Overall, this drive-thru visit proved that Taco Bell can deliver food that feels thoughtful, fresh, and truly satisfying. The Cantina Chalupas alone are worth the trip—and the outstanding service made the meal even better.

We got our receipt but Devons bag and food. When I called I was informed the only way to get a replacement was to bring the food all back regardless of being today or in the future. Now normally I wouldn't have an issue with that considering I have over 20 years in the restaurant business and I get that sometimes customers lie with they call and complain BUT WHEN THE MANAGER SAYS SHE REMEMBERS REMAKING DEVONS ORDER FOR HIM then she should of Just fixed the situation. She knew it was their bad! and at that point a good manager would of took that hit herself. Not to mention when she hung up on me when I said id rather call corporate because it's not her policy it's theirs.

Was standing at the counter. Waiting to talk to an employee and got told that if I didn't leave the counter they were going to call the cops and have me banned. I wasn't disturbing anybody. Just standing off to a corner. Simply waiting and she became extremely disrespectful because she had an inspection. That I was going to disturb.
