We love Wendy's. We usually order from the Chester Blvd location and unfortunately, I think that's what we should have done tonight too. We waited after being told 'they'll be with us when they can' which is fine I don't mind waiting. But I expected the food to be hot for the time we waited and not just quickly handed off. Everything was warmish and the chicken nuggets and chicken sandwich were tough like they'd be sitting out and had dried out....

Mia took my order and she was amazing, got my order right, and never complained. Each employee had a genuine smile on their face instead of a fake one. Every time I go I am never disappointed, the food is always fresh and tastes great. I love coming here

Good food as usual but got my order wrong because I ordered a single and got a double but at least it was fixed correctly. Also had to back up back to the window to get my credit card because she forgot to give it to me
