Arby’s is always great but this particular restaurant has great customer service. I walked in wearing my Weezer shirt and one of the workers loved it so much he changed the music in the restaurant to Weezer. It turned into a party inside. Me and my boys starting throwing our chicken tenders around like we were at a concert. After we were covered in Arby’s sauce, we continued on our trip. Overall, 10/10 experience and will be back soon.

Stopped here on a road trip and they had wonderful customer service! The young man working the drive thru late Thursday night was great! Order was correct, fast, and food was delicious!

Stale and cold food. The fries, roast beef sandwiches, and tenders obviously sat out for some time, as they were cold and dry. I have experienced old, cold food every time I’ve eaten here. The drinks were strange tasting, and they were out of burgers to top it off.

Food wasn't as ordered, cold fries. Went thru drive thru took 5 minutes from start to end of visit. Then had to go in to correct order. Tried fries after I left and thru in the trash.

I placed my order on their app. When the app let me know that my order was "ready for pickup," I went inside the store to get it. There was a drink sitting on the counter with a sticker placed over the top to cover the straw hole. The cashier asked the manager, or someone that appeared to be in charge, if the drink was a diet coke. That person says, "I don't know" as they pass by the counter. No concern whatsoever. Then the cashier tells me it's my diet coke. I was a little hesitant, so I removed the sticker and tasted it.....definitely a Dr. Pepper! Then, they tell me my food is not quite ready, although I was notified by the app that it was ready. I got my food and my diet coke a few minutes later. The cashier seemed new. He was friendly. The "manager" person was just plain rude to the cashier & myself. I observed that the restaurant was not very clean as I waited for my order. The sandwiches were hot, but the mozzarella sticks were only warm. So, 5/5 sandwiches and 3/5 mozzerella sticks. Hopefully, it was just a bad day they were experiencing, and things are better most days!
