i have spent the past 8 years living in The Philippine Islands. two days ago i returned to Indiana after 3 pretty tough years. the people working at the Rochester Kroger were courteous and friendly. they assisted me in finding items in the store several times with a smile on their face. i will be going back the Rochester Kroger Grocery Store. i highly recommend it.
Big shout out to the staff of Kroger in Rochester , Indiana today as Dawn and I witnessed a handicaped man have a beautiful vase of Valentines flowers ? for his wife fall from his truck and shatter in the parking lot .. Dawn assisted him while i went back into the store to ask them for assistance . They came out immediately to cleanup the glass and immediately said they would replace his Vase ?… Some days just reminds me there still is much goodness in humanity… Bryon Ringeisen

I do like to shop at Kroger but my only problem is handicapped parking, my husband is handicapped and they make the handicapped parking farther away. I don’t understand this it used to be right up front but now it’s off to the side and regular parking is up front. It truly makes it so much harder for the people that are handicapped.
