It's a nice Krogers but they are always out of things on a regular basis. Especially the produce dept. I won't even bother to go in there until Wednesday because they are out of too much of what I want. I went in at 5:30pm and only one cashier. It was busy. Took at least twenty minutes for someone to call another cashier. I like their meat dept. they work hard back there and everything smells clean. I've noticed a decline there... I really wish they had a keto section. I go out of town for those things.

I do like to shop at Kroger but my only problem is handicapped parking, my husband is handicapped and they make the handicapped parking farther away. I don’t understand this it used to be right up front but now it’s off to the side and regular parking is up front. It truly makes it so much harder for the people that are handicapped.

i have spent the past 8 years living in The Philippine Islands. two days ago i returned to Indiana after 3 pretty tough years.
the people working at the Rochester Kroger were courteous and friendly.
they assisted me in finding items in the store several times with a smile on their face.
i will be going back the Rochester Kroger Grocery Store.
i highly recommend it.

Big shout out to the staff of Kroger in Rochester , Indiana today as Dawn and I witnessed a handicaped man have a beautiful vase of Valentines flowers ? for his wife fall from his truck and shatter in the parking lot .. Dawn assisted him while i went back into the store to ask them for assistance . They came out immediately to cleanup the glass and immediately said they would replace his Vase ?… Some days just reminds me there still is much goodness in humanity… Bryon Ringeisen

today I went to Kroger and they had a rack marked 70 percent off for shaving kits, body wash kits, etc, none of the items had the original price so u had to take to register to check price, I did this and they were only marked off 50 percent I mentioned it to the self checkout worker and she was like oh u don't want them? and took them off but didn't even try to rectify the issue, so I went to customer service told the lady there and she said oh ok thanks... first off this is false advertising and on top of that two employees could have cared less. thanks alot Kroger for the horrible customer service and this is not the first time I've had issues there in regards to customer service..
