I don't know how places expect to operate with only 2 people working! Get more employees or shut down. So, tired of wasting my time at places that can't staff their business. Waited at the counter. Then overheard them say they were out of tea. Didn't even get waited on before I walked off. And I don't blame the employees because they were working. I blame the business!

The girls behind the counter (One was named Jade, the other I didn’t see her name but was blonde) were so rude they made my mom cry, and when they gave us a size smaller than what we ordered, they told us that we were wrong and refused to give us the size coffee we paid for.

I stood at the counter, which is inside the gas station, for at least 10 minutes. Never once was acknowledged, 2 younger girls were standing there talking, the other was grabbing a donut and rudely talking about the people on the schedule. NEVER GOT WAITED ON! I left. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Starbucks now has my business when I'm in Rochester for work. Sad....
