Ladies here are very rude, make you think you are d*** because you want your order right. Says rude things about customers while I was standing there . They had to wait 10 seconds for me to get my card out and they told me to hurry Up. GET NEW EMPLOYEES THAT ACTUALLY LIKE INTERACTING WITH PEOPLE INSTEAD OF PEOPLE WHO ARE GENUINELY RUDE! Never giving them my money again smh

The baristas are very rude. Everytime we go there they treat us like we are the stupidest people on the planet. Now that the new one is up and running, we will be going there. They are kind and helpful and always smiling. Customer service needs to be taught better everywhere. This Starbucks has awful customer service. If you want a pleasant experience and want to enjoy your coffee, go to the new one.

This place is A W F U L. i don't recommend AT ALL. if you go here, which you shouldn't, do NOT get the pumpkin spice latte. the baristas are SO rude. me n my gurls went here and they treated us like GARBAGE. they were impatient. i was afraid to say something about my horrible latte because i thought they'd spit in my coffee. i wish i could give this no stars because that's how bad it was.
