We have lived in Rochester now for two years since moving, and we’ve never had a negative experience with this place until recently. The same barista with the dark hair constantly has an attitude, unloading experience each time just very rude.

Do not stop if you need to get out fast! Bathrooms and store were clean and food and drink were fine but not wow. My biggest grief is that I waited 20 minutes at 4:30pm from start to finish when there were literally 6 customers there.(not with large orders) Employees were having side conversations not paying attention to what they were doing, lost my order and when I noticed a person that came in after me I said something and then they apologized and made it. This was after I actually watched them make an order similar to mine and threw it away! Didn't even ask anyone if they wanted it or put it behind the counter for employees, just tossed it right in the trash and kept talking to one another disregarding that I had been standing there for a long time. I know it's fast food but this team was asleep at the wheel!
