It's going up in price & the food quality is pretty much the same from 10 years ago. Don't get me wrong, I'll destroy some Taco Bell & love it, but don't expect gourmet.
Stopped here really quick for my lunch break and was not informed it would take longer for my order because they had party packs. I said I only had about 10 minutes to wait. I asked for a refund after that and the manager said she couldn’t do it because her manager was on vacation. Which is obviously a lie. So I was late for my meeting.
Called corporate and they are able to refund me. The guy at the counter was nice but the brunette manager needs to be dealt with. 10/16

The staff working the evening of May 24 were wonderful! Helpful, fast, and engaged. We appreciated the cashier letting us know about spicy sauce on the quesadilla (since it was for kids) - thank you!
