Never be back asked for a tip all you did was hand me my food. I said no so they left my cookie I paid for out. Never again I will go there.

This restaurant needs to learn how to be open when they're supposed to be open if your hours say you're open til 9 I shouldn't be pulling up at 7:30 to a completely blacked out store and this ain't the first time I've had this problem with this restaurant so there will be other complaints made to higher authorities

Ordering a "Elite" sub has no difference in ingredients they put on. Same damn price as classic. It's robbery and mediocre at that EVERY TIME!!

The girl behind the counter was too busy. Cleaning the glass to take my order. But when a gentleman came in, she dropped everything she was doing and helped him. I was a little frustrated after driving all day. All I wanted was a nice sandwich and that's what I got, no service. People don't know what customer care is anymore. They're just so concerned about their own lives that it don't matter if you come in there. They're gonna treat you how they treat you. Unless something is done and nothing will ever be done.

I stopped by and picked up two foot longs. Had no problem. I did not use the drive thru, I went inside to order.

Parking: Small lot, but not a busy place.

Wheelchair accessibility: Door is plenty big for wheelchair, tables are wheelchair accessible.

The lady making my sandwich wore the same gloves she had on opening the window and taking my debit card to make my food. Who knows how long she had those gloves on for! Disgusting.
