“Talk about a great experience. You can dine in the caboose, which is wonderful. We ordered the El Mocojeta stone rimmed pedestal with slices of steak, chicken, nopal,onions, and bell peppers, with rice, beans and tortillas. Enough for 2 or 3 in our case. This was absolutely amazing. The salsa is also a winner. We ordered the small guacamole, but it's Pico de Gallo and cut up hunks of avocado. I'm not a fan. We would eat here again for sure”

“We had a great time. The restaurant was clean and decorated nicely. Food came out quick and was great! The staff were very friendly and attentive. It’s pub food, but still very tasty. My family loved it, would definitely suggest this spot for a solid meal and great atmosphere”

“We were camping in Rockport Indiana, and went to holiday world that weekend. We left Holiday World on a Saturday around 9:10 pm. I called Angelo’s to order pizza for pick up thinking it would take 40 minutes to get home. When I realized it would be sooner I called them back to update our time. When I arrived, they were just taking the pizza out of the oven and boxing it. The young man brought the pizza out to the truck for me. I fed five hungry teens and myself with some leftover and it was absolutely delicious. The thin crust was nice and crispy and the pan pizza was wonderful. Lots of cheese on both and I highly recommend this place.”

“Connected to a gas station in a little town you can't help but feel like you're out of version that got forgotten about but it does what it needs to do for the areas in the ladies that work the window are always fantastic this time was no different food okay service great . “I’m not one to leave reviews but this place is absolutely wonderful. My daughter who is a Type 1 diabetic wanted to go here on her birthday. Anyone familiar with this knows how hard it can be to try to figure out doses based on carb counts. The two gentlemen in there went ABOVE and BEYOND in order to help my wife figure this out. I cannot express enough my families gratitude for those two guys. Thank you so much for helping make my daughters birthday a special one, and we will definitely be going back to try more!”

My leftovers were my breakfast the next morning.....cold, of course! They have great food at amazing prices, and our server was so nice and efficient. This place is as american as you can get!!!”

“Nice modern decor. Servers were friendly. Catfish was crispy and delicious. Mac n chz was gluey and under seasoned. Noodles cooked well. Strawberry cobbler tasted good, but texture was mushy. Meatloaf was good with a thin layer of the sauce topper. It was really sweet, so a little was perfect. Mashed potatoes with a nice buttery flavor. Green beans had bacon and onions; and were very salty.Wheelchair accessibility: Women's restroom has 2 steps up to get into. Not handicap accessible.”

You can customize one individual slice, so it could be a really cheap lunch if you kept it simple (~$6 a person).Atmosphere is family friendly and feels like a familiar, friendly little pizza joint.Always more fun to support local, too!Service was pretty slow for us, but it was on a lovely Saturday afternoon and they seemed to be understaffed, so can’t hold it too much against them.”

“Briarpatch is a staple in our family. We went all the time when I was a kid, and we decided to go for my dad's birthday. I always loved being able to walk by the grill and watch the chef's cook, and I did the same this trip. The decoration had been changed, but the changes look wonderful. The food was fantastic, just as I remembered, and our waitress was attentive and quick. I was amazed that the salad bar was as fresh as it was with all the people that were eating the day we went. The strawberry butter was fresh and delicious. Steaks were cooked how we ordered them, and wow, the shrimp were FANTASTIC.”

“The Miller House is one of our all-time favorite restaurants! The food is amazing and never disappoints. Joseph has been our waiter the last 2 times we've been there, and he is the best! Very attentive and interactive. We love taking visitors and it's our go-to for my birthday every year.”
