“The service was quick and the food was good. The atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. The server checked in us enough without being overbearing. The decor is cute and we like the view of the waterpark from our table. Nice experience.”

“Went to The Post and did a take out order. Only 10-15 minutes wait for a Chef salad and 6 traditional wings. Food was very good. I got the wings with honey bourbon sauce, sweat with a little heat, very good. The chef salad is large enough for two.”

“Went for ice cream for five people. Got funnel cake with ice cream to just some on a waffle cone and all of us loved our flavors. They were extremely busy but still was good service.”

“We love this bar. It is our go to place in Tell City. Great atmosphere, great service, great people. The food is good but the menu is limited. The blackened salmon salad is outstanding. The have bands regularly at the weekend and in the summer they have a great outdoor space for bands.”

“My husband and I enjoyed a motorcycle ride over to Tell City, Indiana together and we decided to stop for lunch. We decided to go to Tokyo Express and we’re glad we did! Food and service was excellent! ?? We had so much food for a lunch deal that we were able to have dinner later at home. We enjoyed chicken hibachi, chicken lo mein, and cream cheese wontons. Forgot to take pics of the food due to enjoying it so much! ?”

“I have never had a problem before with them until today. I called in my order was put on hold then the guy got back on the phone I gave him my order he asked what sauce I wanted with my garlic cheese sticks and breadsticks. I told him then he asked for the name I told him twice. He had me still on the phone as he was helping other customers. He told me how long it would be then I said ok thank you. My husband went to pick the order up and was told they never got our order. I’m sorry it upset me how could you say you didn’t get the order. Not happy so I said to forget it. Sorry but please do better next time when taking orders over the phone. I know you may have been busy but you could have done better.”

“One of the best quesadillas I have ever had, hands down. There was so much steak in it, it wouldn't hardly fold. Their queso was on point as it appears to have goat cheese with it. It was amazing. “Everything was very nice except the waitress didn't submit our to go order early enough, and we ended up having to wait an additional 30 minutes after we were done eating in. When I'm done with my food I want to leave!”

“I did take out and ordered the shrimp nachos. This is a wonderful nacho dish, lots of cheese, pico de gallo, and lettuce with whole grilled shrimp covering their tortillas. I like that the cheese soaks into the tortillas so they are soft. They even gave me chips and salsa for a take out order, I didn't even ask for it and there was no charge, supper sweat. Fast and friendly service.”

“As an out of towner just passing through on the way home, it's always fun to pop in a local place when you don't know where you're at. The Freezer Cafe was this spot for me - from the moment I walked in I knew it would be a charming experience and it was! Sat at the counter and the staff was exceedingly friendly - didn't wait long at all to get ordered, didn't wait long to get served... all on a busy Sunday morning, too! The food was excellent, very reasonably priced, and the staff was very attentive to needs for refills and quality of the meal. Looking for an excuse to go through Tell City again just so we can stop here another time.”

“‼️(Only gave it 5 stars so people could see this post.)‼️ If you are a female please be careful in this bar. I visited from Indianapolis and one of my friends got roofied. Then we got a call later on that someone else got roofied later that night after we had left. If I didn’t call 911, my friend could have ended up dead. The doctors and nurses said my friends alcohol level was fine. But she was definitely drugged. They questioned if it was the bartender from that night but I don’t believe it was. But someone in there is drugging people. So be safe people.”
