Only four stars because they were out of the spicy chicken sandwich at the time of my visit. However the service was five star exceptional!! SHERRI was so friendly and was genuinely concerned that I couldn't get what I wanted. She was thinking outside of the box when she offered to get me a sandwich made out of spicy chicken nuggets. This place is going down hill. They are amost always out of several things at a time, service is horrible, and cleanliness could definitely be better.
