When we arrived our pickup was messed up they noticed not me. They remade it and comped it. Great customer service I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he even brought the pizza outside and handed it to me when it was done.

*Update Do Not Order From This Location* I was charged twice for an order I did not even receive they would not give me a refund They replied over a month ago saying they would like to make it up to me and to email them I did and they haven’t got back to me it has been over a month they took $40.00 from me and I received no food and no refund
I placed an order they said it would be done in 15 mins. It took me more than 15 mins to get there. I waited at the counter an additional 15 mins for someone to come to the counter,an employee reminded them 4 times that we needed help at the counter. When they finally got there they told me it would be another 10-15 mins I asked for a refund because I could not wait for it. They refused I did not get my food I ordered or my money back, I will never go back. I do not recommend this location .

Great experience! We came in around 9 on a Sunday with one waitress working 6 tables. She had our order out fast and kept our drinks full. My kids had never been to a Pizza Hut since they closed all the ones by my house.
Disgusting. I was excited to stop at pizza hut after going to turkey run because our pizza hut in Illinois was closed. I was most excited for the salad bar. I walked up with my plate and there was about 1 cup of lettuce, a single tomato in a container with gross juice in the bottom and croutons. I told the waiter to take it off the bill, as I would not be paying $7 to eat that. While waiting for the "deep dish" pizza we ordered (which was a joke in itself), we were not offered refills and sat, being the only table for the first 30 minutes, without being checked on one time. In the meantime, I watched ants crawl along the windowsill and eventually the table. The pizza finally arrived which we knew would take a bit because it was deep dish. Never should I have ordered that from pizza hut. It was gross and just a ton of marinara sauce on a crust that tasted freezer burned. Absolutely horribly.
