We were so excited, and drove way out of our way on a road trip, to enjoy this retro/classic Pizza Hut.... What a disappointment. The salad bar was pathetic, just so bad, we were really looking forward to an amazing one like back in the day, but this one was worse than the sorry ones we have here in Lafayette now! The prices were crazy. We said 'sorry' and left before even ordering. Just such a disappointment đ

They had accidentally made an incorrect pizza. Rather than giving us the incorrect one for carryout, they remade it and gave us both pizzas. As a customer, this is enough to make us choose Pizza Hut again! Thanks!

Got seated waiter came got drinks told us look over the menu be back in a couple mins to get your order ok few people came in got seated waiter never came back started taking newer customers orders before ours asked if we where going to be waited on yes i will be right back never came back waited 35mins tired of waiting my family and 3 other tables got up and left after 35 mins of waiting shouldnât of taken that long to put in a order will not be going back

When we arrived our pickup was messed up they noticed not me. They remade it and comped it. Great customer service I didnât get the gentlemanâs name but he even brought the pizza outside and handed it to me when it was done.

*Update Do Not Order From This Location* I was charged twice for an order I did not even receive they would not give me a refund They replied over a month ago saying they would like to make it up to me and to email them I did and they havenât got back to me it has been over a month they took $40.00 from me and I received no food and no refund
I placed an order they said it would be done in 15 mins. It took me more than 15 mins to get there. I waited at the counter an additional 15 mins for someone to come to the counter,an employee reminded them 4 times that we needed help at the counter. When they finally got there they told me it would be another 10-15 mins I asked for a refund because I could not wait for it. They refused I did not get my food I ordered or my money back, I will never go back. I do not recommend this location .

Great experience! We came in around 9 on a Sunday with one waitress working 6 tables. She had our order out fast and kept our drinks full. My kids had never been to a Pizza Hut since they closed all the ones by my house.
