Clearly a local favorite. It was very busy when we arrived. The food was fabulous, explaining the crowd. Not a very long wait despite the crowd, they must have it down to a fine art. Super friendly wait staff. Highly recommend!Kid-friendliness: Everyone was friendly, there were children there. Pretty sure I saw a kids menu, plus, the wait isn't very long at all. No trying to keep the kiddos occupied for 45 minutes while waiting on your French toast.
I think they were great. The only problem is that it was packed with old guys like me who have hearing problems. Ask where speaking very loudly. My wife and I could hardly talk. I still give them a five overall rating because the food and service is great, and they can't help how loudly everyone talked. I ordered the Chef's Choice and it was great!!!

It is nice to know that there are local diners still around ( vs IHOP, etc). I had an omelet, and my wife had eggs and French toast - both very good. Even though there was a pretty good crowd there, service was fast.
