I asked for a cappuccino... they made it very bitter - the coffee burned. I asked to change it - they just diluted sugar in milk and added it... This is NOT service.

Very good service. Coffee was as good as normal. Did not eat. And it was a rest stop off the Indiana Toll Road so no real atmosphere to speak of. But service was great & quick. Plus you can add your own cream & sugar to taste as in pre-Covid days! Yah! Big plus!

Grabbed a beverage when we stopped along the Ohio Turnpike. They were out of oatmilk and brown sugar, so I couldn't get the Oatmilk brown sugar shaken espresso like I wanted. Hopefully they will be better stocked for future

I was pleasantly surprised to get a decent flat white here. It still needs little bit more work to be perfect but the fact that my flat white came out with mostly micro bubble foam and had the “eye” was great to see.The staff was pleasant and not your typical standoffish crew.

I order using the app which is super convenient and easy.
I was going to go in this morning at 730 to get coffee. I was sitting next to Starbucks waiting for my husband but while I waited, I watched as 3 people tried to go up and order coffee and the batista working very rudly told them that they're not open and they open "at like 8" everywhere says that they're open at 7. Batistas can't change the hours just cause they came in late. Starbucks is good but not that good. We stopped here specifically since there was a starbucks but not any more. I'm just going to go to the 7-11 to get my coffee.

Horrible service. The lady was very rude and did not treat us kindly. Also the drinks were not good, she put no effort at all into making the drinks. I understand the service industry can be hard, but it's your job...

Coming through here at the crack of Dawn is a blessing. The barista Taylor is so kind and friendly. I am sure management knows they have a gem. If I pass though again I’ll definitely come back.

Closes early for no reason shift manager blames it on the boss boss blames it on the weather wether is fine not raining not snowing roads r clean and open ya a little cold but then why did Starbucks build and spent millions and made a store for workers to stay worm and be comfortable they r not making coffee outside they inside so it don't matter what the weather is like so before u order ur drinks make sure u call and see if they open cuz there won't be no refund at the store u would have to go thru a proses and call costumer service and the young girls that work there need to check on their attitude and not role their eyes like little kids!
