I was pleasantly surprised to get a decent flat white here. It still needs little bit more work to be perfect but the fact that my flat white came out with mostly micro bubble foam and had the “eye” was great to see.The staff was pleasant and not your typical standoffish crew.
I was going to go in this morning at 730 to get coffee. I was sitting next to Starbucks waiting for my husband but while I waited, I watched as 3 people tried to go up and order coffee and the batista working very rudly told them that they're not open and they open "at like 8" everywhere says that they're open at 7. Grabbed a beverage when we stopped along the Ohio Turnpike. They were out of oatmilk and brown sugar, so I couldn't get the Oatmilk brown sugar shaken espresso like I wanted. Hopefully they will be better stocked for future
