Ate later on a Sunday evening (8 pm) while fairly quiet when we arrived, a number of tables came in after we did. \nWe were greeted and seated promptly. Our server was polite and prompt. \n\nHaving never been to a Bob Evans restaurant before, I wanted to try it. The menu was huge.\n\nMy food was okay, we both had burgers and fries, bacon was a bit crispy bordering on burnt, but not awful. \nDrinks were refilled quickly. Overall, it served it's purpose and it was a nice surprise...

Well I just changed my opinion of this place. I ordered online for delivery and I chose that option at the beginning of my order. Well. Needless to say it somehow got changed to pickup. Called the store to help me change to delivery. The idiot that answered had no clue.. she said I had to do it myself. Ok how do I do that? I don't know? Oh brother.. train your employees or don't let them answer the phone
