Usually the food is a wreck but lately its been soooo damn good. Idk if they got a new staff but whoever is behind that counter puts their whole soul into my food I swear to god

I ordered no lettuce on my tacos add rice and got no cheese with lettuce and rice. Very unique and different. Called and spoke to lady very chill but couldn't drive back so that's that.

Almost every single time I've ever gone to this Taco Bell, they forget something or they screw something up. Today we ordered a lux box and didn't get a box. It got thrown in with all of our other food and they forgot my cheese quesadilla. Last time I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch. They charged me with the chicken instead of the beef which I didn't ask for. I never even said chicken and then they forgot it! So the upcharged me and then forgot to put it in the bag. I was able to go back a different time and get a free one but I don't feel like driving there anymore.

When I got my order, I sat down to eat. And it had tomatoes on it. And I'm allergic to tomatoes. I ordered the food without tomatoes and they had tomatoes on it. I told the guy that looks like he was a supervisor and he just ignored me.

The employees were very polite and quick to help. The manager even stepped in to help make tacos when it got a little busier in the dining room especially with a new Kiosk ordering system. Bathrooms were nice and clean too!
