Had the Ranchero Skillet and it was seriously so good!!! Everything was hot and fresh off the grill! Food came out quick! The jalapeños freshly diced and eggs were perfect (I requested over easy). Presentation was excellent and not a crumb was left. The coffee was fresh with great flavor and nice options for the kiddos as well. Our server was very sweet and managed our table well.
This was our first meal at Rosita's and it did not disappoint! The restaurant was clean and overall quiet. The food was hot and exactly as expected. The service was prompt and friendly. And the prices were extremely reasonable. Absolutely no complaints here and would 100% return!

If you’re ever passing through Rushville, IN, do yourself a favor and stop at Rosita’s Pancake House. We ordered the Mexican Burrito and French Toast with strawberry topping—and both were absolutely incredible. The flavors were fresh and comforting, the portions generous, and the presentation felt straight from a home kitchen.
