I never order food just coffee. I ask for extra milk foam but hardly ever get it. They try to get things right but they are sooo busy that I guess they have to cut some corners. It's a small store, between all the people inside for "to go" orders and orders in advance it makes it a loud environment, hard to relax there. I still go regardless. The staff is very nice but I think they're overworked.
I have been to several Starbucks over the years, and this one is indubitably one of the best. The ambiance is perfect for studying and catching up with friends, and my drinks are always tasty. The workers are very kind and honest about the availability of products. Even on busy days, my order is correct and tastes perfect.
