Went through drive thru. They had previously made my breakfast burritos with no egg on them. So I returned today to get them replaced. I ordered the burritos, then told the person that my name was written down for the 2 wrong burritos. She replied with “oh. Well I wish you would’ve told me that!” I replied “I just did tell you”. And she said “Yeah”. So I just left. I will not be returning to the Salem, Illinois location. They are rude and service is lacking. Quality of food is not good either.

My husband and I stopped at the Burger King in Salem, Illinois about 3:00 pm for a late lunch. We don't eat out often at all, but we were away from our hometown and thought it sounded good. Unfortunately we never got to eat because after standing at the counter behind two other customers for a least 5 minutes, we walked out. During that time 3 different employees walked through the restaurant beind the counter and not one of them acknowledged any othe the customers standing at the counter!! One the employees walked by twice. We chose not to give our money to a restaurant that employs people that can't even acknowledged their customers little lone use basic manners.

Used to be amazing here but lately seems the employees don't care about anything. Super slow service, good is not done right and they don't seem friendly at all.

Food was good, okay atmosphere, but someone needs to wipe tables more, had lunch there and every table there was dirty. Heard a lot of talking go on on someone should have been out there wiping tables.

They started out great after the remodel. But now, the food has gone the crap. And employees aren't very nice. Guess I'll start going to Culver's. The food is great, employees are presentable and know their job. They are also respectful. And the place is always clean.

Was given the wrong order in the drive thru, went in to have it corrected. I politely told the employee exactly what had happened, (they simply put the wrong order in the bag, as the sticker showed what I ordered) they proceeded to spend the next 5 minutes talking about it with a coworker. After handling the fries multiple times(no gloves), they pulled the food out of the bag and moved it to a new bag for the customer it was intended for. I've never worked in food, but that's a red flag. New food should have been prepared. Management, please do better.

I dont really know how they stay open. Went for breakfast since I needed to go to walmart before work. Ordered a sausage and cheese croissant. It rang up sausage egg cheese, minus egg. I asked if there was a just sausage croissant. Yes but they cant add cheese to it. Weird but okay. $3.79, fine. Finally get it and it is so hot and floppy that its painfully obvious that they microwaved it. Tried to pull the wrapper off and the croissant was stuck to it. Croissant was gummy from being microwaved. At least it was hot. Last time I went my croissant was cold and I asked if I could get a hot one and she yelled at another employee to throw it in the microwave. So thats fun. Ice coffee is only half tolerable. I hate to say it but Id rather go to McDs, at least their coffee is good and their breakfast sandwiches arent premade and then microwaved.
