Goofball kids at register fighting over who takes your order. Just stare at you like they are inconvenienced by your presence. Just don’t go here, kids doing kids stuff. Owner, do better!

The cashier wasn’t doing anything nothing stocked on the drink bar, tables dirty, ordered the chicken strip basket and had to wait almost another 45 minutes for my sundae, my son ordered a orange cream shake and it literally took them 25 minutes to make it. Not acceptable and I won’t be back

They closed 2 hours early when called the number the manger answers says they closed due to ppl not showing up I ask isn’t the lobby just as important as the drive thru he says no I do not. Came for some sub par food and ice cream don’t waster your time.

Ordered a 6 piece basket blizzard and paid the extra money to get large curds instead of fries. Haven’t eaten a single one and this is what I got. Food was fine just don’t waste your money upgrading your combo.

Ordered a large turtle blizzard and a small heath blizzard. Only person in drive thru and dining area but still took 15 minutes to get order! When I started to eat my large blizzard(after I left store) I discovered only the top inch of my blizzard had anything in it that would distinguish it from a straight vanilla shake to a turtle blizzard. Maybe your people need RETRAINED! Would not recommend!!!

The time of the visit was 7:20 pm. Very dirty/ poor service. Employees had better things to do than to wait on customers or clean and empty trash. One employee was continuously engaged with a young man in the booth against the wall leading to the bathrooms. Everyone else seemed to stay in the back of the food prep area, requiring us to speak loudly to attain service. The fly on the light looked to have been there for some time. All trash bins were full. Tables, self-service areas, and drink areas needed to be cleaned. Reported to Health Dept. There seems to be an ongoing problem at this location.
