Great, as usual. This place has been a family favorite for many years. Since moving away from the area, we have been disappointed with every other Chinese restaurant we've tried. This place set the bar, and the other places can't quite measure up.
For being the only buffet in Salem, IN I had my doubts. The place looks a bit outdated and staffing didn't seem too friendly. The buffet wasn't as big as other Chinese buffets I have visited, so I was expecting disappointment. When it came down to the food, "disappointed" I was not. The flavors were very good and cooked correctly. I would definitely go again, but due to the lack of options that larger buffets have, I would not make it a weekly thing.
Delicious food. Such a great variety. So many choices, including sushi, soups, shrimp, crab, chicken, beef, veggies, egg rolls. Did i mention ice cream? Yum! 6 varieties. Everything was fresh and wonderful. Very friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Be hungry when you go, cause you'll want to try it all.
