I love our local coffee shop! I frequent Jolted Cow (more than I care to admit) and I’m never disappointed. The two girls who usually work mornings recognize either my order or my truck and EVERY SINGLE TIME my coffee is ✨perfect✨! Today, picking up my (2nd) latte of the day, she included this message on my cup and it reminded me of just how much one little act of kindness can truly turn a person’s day around. Be kind ♥️ … and also go visit my girls 💅🏼 💵 (I’m terrible at names but they know who they are 😅)

The iced butter pecan latte and iced chai tea latte with 2 shots of espresso added to it were amazing. the girl that was working the drive thru was so kind and patient (my friend asked quite a few questions).

The worst service ever. They would rather play on their phones and then get shifty cause you interrupted them. Plus my coffee had no flavor and my daughters shake was pure milk. I will never come back.

They are known for their coffee drinks, but we always go for the ice cream. It's a little pricey, but they have the best flavors, many of which we've never seen anywhere else.
Both times I have been there the coffee hasnt been great, especially for the price. (The first time was opening day so I won't hold that against them.) This morning I got a large pumpkin spice latte, iced, no whip. Cool, thats easy, right? It tasted like milky coffee with maybe 1 to 2 pumps of syrup. I called to let her know that maybe the bottle was low and wasn't pumping full pumps and she said she made it and it had EIGHT pumps of syrup in it. Absolutely no possible way. I usually make my iced lattes at home and I only put 6 pumps in a large and its way sweeter that the one I had this morning from Jolted Cow. She did offer to remake it which was nice. For $7 and change it just wasn't worth it, too bad we can't get a Starbucks or Dunkin in Salem. Guess Ill continue to get my latte at McD's, they put 6 pumps in their large and it tastes much better and its about half the price.

The staff offers double scoops of good ice cream on Thursdays which is the day that I am in the area once a month. I like the little break before the meeting I am to attend.
Parking: I have never had trouble finding a spot.

Forgot to take photos.Ice cream was excellent, however, quite costly like + $6 for a cone with 1 scoop.Waffle cone was very good, very crunchy, but not hard.Looked very clean.They also have a drive through so pretty good for on the go or wheelchair users.Parking is very close to entrance.

I lovveeeeeeeee this place and everything I've ever tried!!! Their iced coffees, lattes, and ice cream are all EXCELLENT!!! They may cost a little higher only due to the fact that you get what you pay for, topshelf!!!! Believe me, IT'S WELLLLLLL WORTH IT!! I've never visited this place where the service wasn't better than all of the other big-name chain restaurants combined!! They offer stamp/rewards for what's ordered and also have deals each day of the week. The best secret is that there are additional flavors of ice cream that aren't permanent, available depending on the season. You can also buy the ice cream by the pint and bring it home, but that's pretty hard to hide from my husband and kids lol. My treat is a splash of ice cream in my iced coffee :)
