Stopped in for Lunch. The staff was very friendly and the cashier had a lot of knowledge about the menu. Also Would like to thank the cashier for helping me decide on the tenders they were delicious.

This place gets no stars from me was in there on 9/12/25 around 720ish pm and was told the managers was getting mad that I was talking every time I go there it's at least a hour wait time on chicken strips welcome to the home of the slow food

I’d have to get the food first. Both times I’ve been here during the past week have been AWFUL. It’s been over half an hour every time, instead of taking care of current customers that you’ve got let’s take more cars and forget about all of them. I’ve waited an hour for food along with 5 drive through customers. Here’s a picture of my food!

I miss work today because I ate there yesterday. The food was moderate at best and today I woke up with a horrible stomach ache and can’t shake it and useing the bathroom every ten minutes and I know it’s the kfc because that’s all I ate yesterday

Restaurant was fully unprepared for a pick up order. Was called from the restaurant and informed it would take 30 minutes to get chicken dropped only to come in meal still not complete almost 40 mins later chicken still has not been dropped. Restaurant was not busy at this time of visit. All while people stand around taking no accountability just staring blankly at me. Completely unacceptable. Couldn’t even tell you whom the manager is. Took an hour from my initial order time to even get my pick up order to me and out the door.

Chicken is always dry and taste like it was cooked days earlier. That's if you can get them to take your order. This is another Salem restaurant that should cease to exist.
