Tried multiple times to like this Papa Johns, since it is one of the only chain pizza spots in town, but it is a consistent disappointment. We've had sloppy orders, late orders, upset stomachs, and after asking for light sauce and having it oozing out of every slice, I am done with this place. 🤷🏻♀️ Get it together. I get a one off, but there are problems across multiple visits to this particular Papa Johns in Salem. I've eaten at more Papa Johns than I can count on my hands and feet, and this one is the absolute worse across the board.
Edited to add: We are both immediately sick from this pizza, and we didn't even eat the same one!!!

The pizza dough wasn't even cooked. Crust was paper thin and totally raw. Separated from the pizza altogether. I've had bad pizza before but never even close to how pitiful this poor pizza was. Definitely not up to papa John's standards. Never again will I go there

I had my order scheduled for 5:30pm. Got there a little early and was told it would be out shortly. Cut to 20 minutes later it still wasn’t done. I was then told it would be another 15 minutes for my food. So I wait, and when I came back and I overheard employees that the delivery driver must’ve taken it on accident, and that this was the second time he had done that to my order. Now granted, I had a basic order: a large pepperoni pizza and some cheese sticks. But still, I ended up waiting over an hour for my food.

What's not to love about Papa John's Pizza? Always so yummy and made just right! Mmm-mmm
Normally call for delivery, however whenever I do, I get some foreign person. I domt have a problem with that, til the call messed up & I was sent to an American. Not to leave out that the total the foreign guy gave me vs the total the American man were completely different for the exact same order. The American guy was cheaper honestly.

I will never be ordering from here again, not only did they give me the complete wrong order. After calling and speaking with a manager and having them say they will remake my food, when the my order arrived it was half of what I ordered. I ordered $40 dollars worth of food, and only received two of the 4 items i ordered. On top of that don't remember the delivery drivers name but she had a terrible attitude.

clean up your restaurant! you lock the doors during business hours and your staff is more worried about face timing people and smoking than it is customers!!

I ordered 3 pizzas through the app, it came up to about fifty bucks, which is expensive but since they were all large i suppose that tracks. The pizzas were heavy on the cheese and very thick, kinda goes without saying but i was full after two pieces lol. Anyways they were good, the family loved them, they gave us lots of garlic which was AWESOME lol 8.7/10 will be eating here again
