Everytime we go its been a different person making our food, and they are always so kind and personable, We love Salem’s subway but mostly the employees.

So if you have an issue, they try very hard not to fix it. I found hair baked into the bread of my sandwich. I asked for a refund. They said they could have the management refund my money that night. 2 days later I'm still being told that the manager is going to refund it tonight. I have asked to be contacted by the manager and still have yet to be contacted. This is unacceptable. Update... now it's been almost a week that I was told I would get a refund. Manager still has yet to do it. Will not return my phone calls. I just keep getting told he is busy.

Steve $40 on 3 subs, the toppings or so skimpy even though I repeatedly asked for more. The sauce was a teaspoon and had to ask for more. could have went to the grocery store and got the same ingredients for less and the subs would have been better.

The worst subway I've ever been too. The people working there just don't care, you can't even make a complaint they just hang up on you. I didn't even get to tell the manager Barb, what the problem was before she hung up on me. About 3 different business in salem indiana have the exact same customer service and it is atrocious. If you ever visit here or live here just skip subway, cvs, and walmart all together.

Called spoke to a Sam which is very rude and the bread was hard . And soup was not even half full and tried say what do u want me too do! Will never be bk .. not about the money the customer service is very poor .

Ordered a steak and cheese flatbread and got a burrito instead. Then got charged for extra cheese when we didn’t even ask for it, this isn’t even the first time this has happened either
I ordered a chicken bacon ranch, and was informed I could not substitute the chicken from the new rotisserie to the previously used chicken or Buffalo chicken without it no longer being a chicken bacon ranch but another sub add bacon. So you start to argue with me when I question it. So I switch my order to stop you, but you continue until even AFTER you started the next order and I'm almost done. You are in the service industry. I don't care that you have worked at subway for 5 years, you have obviously never learned tact. If you can't disengage with a customer who changed their order, walked away, and engaged with somebody else then YOU were the problem.

I order through DoorDash they don’t toast my sandwich. Nor put cheese on it this place has the most incompetent workers I’ve ever met. all the workers are just a bunch of brain dead crayon sniffers that can’t follow simple instructions bunch of retards lol
