You could tell my chalupa shells had sat for hours, they were hard as rocks and thin! Not the soft and fluffy way they should of been. It was like they said, oh well, its an hour before closing so we aren't going to fry 2 new ones for this order let's use these 2 that have sat here for several hours!! I've worked at Taco Bell several times and I know how they're supposed to be and how they get when they've been sitting for a while. GROSS! And I ordered a LG Strawberry freeze in place of a coke, but I got a medium instead. I payed $25 dollars and change for my order and it was NOT worth it at all. I love Taco Bell, its my favorite place to eat and its usually better than this. It seems the late night people were being lazy or perhaps just didn't care since there was an hour til closing!!

app charged me and it clearly was also charged in my bank account. I showed them the transaction and the screen on the lobby that errored. i just paid again but let's be real, just give me my food instead of charging me twice. now I have to do a bank charge back? lmaoooo please learn how to customer service and stop being a tiinnny hat

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The women that answers the phone there shouldn’t work in any kind of food or customer service. I ordered DoorDash from here, my food was cold, they didn’t send my drinks, and gave me a half order of nacho fries. They said “if it was 5 fries that was right”, it was loaded nacho fries that I paid $8 for! They blamed it all on DoorDash but my delivery guy was awesome and did a great job. This is not the first encounter we have had with the lady who answers the phone there, she should be fired and never allowed to work in food service ever again.

Went through the drive thru and ordered $33 worth of food. The nacho fries they served us were old and nasty and the large baja blast did'nt have the lid on right so when I grabbed my drink it spilled everywhere in the car and all over my wifes $300 purse ruining it. When we went back through the drive thru to get fresh fries and another drink they charged us $3.00 for another drink. I can't believe they charged us again for another drink when it dumped all over because they failed to put the lid on the correct way. I wonder if I can send Taco Bell the bill for the $300 purse that was ruined. They did replace the fries at no cost surprisingly.

No rice with more than an hour left till.close, was offered to have a different burrito made or the same one with no rice. Half of the burrito is rice, and most of the burritos include rice. Couldn't be bothered to make the employee figure out how to refund me, enjoy my 6.20 you won't get it from me again.
I’m currently pregnant & addicted to the Cinnamon twists. But at this location they always seem to be really over cooked & hard. But that’s my only real semi biggie negative complaint.
Workers have consistently been polite and the food is what you expect. Don't usually have any issues with our orders and usually get them pretty quick. Sometimes it could be a bit cleaner, but overall a good experience.

I ordered on the mobile app and never received my food. I gave the incompetent staff my code. They said it didn't work. Then an older staff member was rude with me. They had 15 people working and none of them knew what they were doing. Not only was my bank account charged, but I never received my food or a refund. I will never eat at Taco Bell again.
