We ate at this restaurant Tuesday evening and had a great experience. The new manager in the evening is doing a great job. He made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Great job!!!
The manager William was very polite is the cleanest dive ever seen the establishment and it is a very clean environment from the bathrooms to the tables to the floors and all the employees are very helpful and I do recommend to come here and eat

I ate here with my family on January 3rd 2026 . They had unmatched customer service from the people taking my order to the amazing manager that came out and checked how all the food was and our experience. Believe his name was William. Great experience. Definitely best Wendy's I have had hands down

We ordered a bake potato chili and baconator fries at 830 pm and the manager and his staff were friendly and the food was hot service was great I can say this is the best Wendy's I've ever been to

Definitely take their time. Told dude taking the order what I was ordering 4 times and he kept asking and ended up putting multiple things on my order and ended up asking if I wanted all of it on sperate sandwiches and had to leave before I could finish my order because he couldn't understand wanting tomato and lettuce on the burger
My food is never hot when I go to this restaurant..the service here is horrifying today Lisa was very rude to me when I asked her for my money back because my food was not hot ...I've dealt with Renee as well ..she becomes very argumentative with mothers In front of their daughters..no wonder why you all do not have much service any longer, it's the way you treat your customers, Aweful!!!

So idk what the boy at the windows problem was but I had to tell him 3xs my drink. Fanta peach. On the 4th ask I just simply said coke... order a biggie bad, took 18 min in drive thru to get it and it was cold...

Went through the drive though with my brother and some of our friends. Every order was wrong in some way we were there @ like 10:15. We were the only people there, lady at the window was rude, like very rude. I work in food service and this is just simply not even somewhere in intrested in going anymore. To make me feel like an inconvenience when you are the one who messed my food up is wild. Then proceeding to give me food like that, soggy fries, a dry potato, chicken nuggets that are cold… like come on people,
