Went through the drive though with my brother and some of our friends. Every order was wrong in some way we were there @ like 10:15. We were the only people there, lady at the window was rude, like very rude. I work in food service and this is just simply not even somewhere in intrested in going anymore. To make me feel like an inconvenience when you are the one who messed my food up is wild. Then proceeding to give me food like that, soggy fries, a dry potato, chicken nuggets that are cold… like come on people,

Sandwiches were fresh. Fries weren't hot.
Had to wait for someone to come take our order. Manager was very helpful. Helped us with the fountain drink machine. We didn't like the taste of the sweet tea so she went behind the counter and got us sweet, sweet tea. Delicious.
All together great service and great food
The place has gotten better over the years especially with the crew working now
depends when you go on how the food is. all 3 times I have been it's been awful
to start off i used to be a burger king guy alot but after messing up on my orders several times i have been trying wendey's------most recently i went thru drive thru and got a biggie bag, upgraded it to have a bacon dbl stack and when i got home sandwich was made wrong....i called back in and was told by misty the mng in charge she would write my name down and get another next time,,,,,well i went in today to get replacement and and had to tell them 3 times how i wanted it made, only to get home and it had NO BACON on it......this gets old folks, how hard is it to make it correctly ....i good help not anywhere to be found aanymore??guess i start going yet somewhere else again........my review is just stay home do it yourself and get it rite everytime....
Really great food
We order two meals they handed our drinks, bag and thanked us but, we for got to check the order. We got home no fries and onions on burger when we told them dressed but no onions. This was the first time we had tried Wendy's in over a year. It maybe another year or more.

Food was good this morning. But staff was clearly annoyed we were dining in. Two workers making food and then I assume manager or supervisor rang us up. He was not friendly or happy to be at work. Attitude of staff is reflection of manager and it clearly showed this morning. Two workers were not rude just not pleased to be there and came across.
Worst food I have ever had. Tasted like my nuggets were left under a heat lamp all day. Fries where not fresh and tasted like cardboard
Sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes!!!! finally got my food it was ice cold. the one worker said oh it's been sitting here. so they remade it only to get home and the sandwiches were wrong and they forgot the fries. I would give zero stars if it was possible. definitely will not be returning!
I was in Salem today and stopped at their Wendy's for lunch, everything was freshly made with fresh lettuce and tomato to the
hamburger and bacon and fries they girl that took my order was friendly and the restaurant was clean best Wendys I've been to eat at
I frequent this location often. Since they got this order Kiosk they apparently no longer take orders at the counter. After waiting for 10 minutes of waiting i decided to go elsewhere to eat. Short staffed is a poor excuse for poor service.
