When you have a sign in your window you should honor the price on it. Before the lady took my order I asked her if it excluded the sandwich I wanted. (She had no clue) she said some it worked on and some it didn't. Ok so I ordered my sandwich and for 2 - 6" sandwich meals (on the sign said $6.99 each) should have been $14.96. It rang up $23.06. She said she would call the manager. The manager tells her that promotion isn't going on anymore. WHAT? Take your sign down or honor that price. These people were not informed so I don't blame them but instead I blame the manager for not doing her job.
We just walked out, I wasnt paying $8 more than what was on the window when I tried to ask about it before I ordered.

i was going in to get food and mind you it was only 6:15 an on the door an on their website it says they close at 9 M-F!!! we were walking in an this girl told me they were closing an they weren’t taking anybody else they had no paper on the door stating they were closing early or anything what so ever just plain nuts. wouldn’t suggest going there.
Toaster must not be working. No tomatoes, no foodlong items, limited amount of chips, and no sweet tea.
Dining room was dirty. Tables wasn't cleaned. After checking us out, they went to back room instead of cleaning.

Absolutely terrible. I went through the drive through, they came over the intercom to state that they had a large order before me and that they were closing the drive through. So I thought ok, I will go inside. I go inside. There is one person in front of me. I waited over 15 minutes and they were so stressed and confused, they couldn’t get the guy in front of me order figured out and I just left. They really need to figure out what’s going on there. I ended up just driving to Dale because I know it’s always better there.

If I could give less than one star, I would. This was the most disgusting place I have ever been. The first red flag was one of the employees said "Oh we are going to need to clean this tonight," where the meat was kept. The second was that they rushed us out and had us pay before our food was made. Then, another employee looks at the knife to fold the sandwich. Saw something was on it and scraped it on the edge and then processed to fold our sandwich. They didn't even give me cheese on my sandwich, let alone ask what kind of cheese I wanted. Wast of money and most likely our health tonight. You're better off staying hugely a few more miles.

This was the nastiest place I have ever seen. No customers inside which should have allowed plenty of time to clean. Sandwich station was filthy and tables had not been clean. If I could I would give a -10 rating.

I ordered a sandwich for my son and another for myself and wanted it on flat bread but it was on regular bread when I received it. I explained the situation and she got very rude with me and said if I want it on flat bread she’ll have to charge me. I asked if I could have the district managers contact info she said yes. She then went in the back and was gone for roughly 5 minutes then came back out to the front and said “i tried to call my boss and she didn’t answer” I said okay can I have her number so I can call. She responded “no, I can’t give her phone number out” then I asked if I could speak to the manager she replied “i am the manager” I said well this is horrible customer service she replied “ really sir cause I don’t think so” I said I’m not gonna argue I’ll get in contact of your boss myself can I have your name and store number she wrote it down on a piece of paper then flinged it at me and said have a nice day. Her name was Crystal Kirchgessner it was around 2pm. It was unbelievable how this lady treated a paying customer and supposedly she was the manager. Worst experience I ever had with a fast food restaurant. Then after I get home I open my sandwich to find a lady bug in it. I'm local and this place lost me and my families business and I urge you to do the same

Food was amazing. I've ate at alot of subways as well as worked at alot of them so I am picky. I had the new turkey wrap. But they ladies working in there didn't have a clue as to what goes on what and seemed a lil off.
Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie options.
Parking: Tons of parking space

Sat in the drive thru for 3 mins nobody came to take my order so drove around and went inside and the 2 young kids that were working plus an older lady were all in behind the back kid made a comment I’m sorry ma’am I was trying to get my head set on I almost walked out the place was a mess tables were dirty and the floor was gross! I won’t be back the subway in Ferdinand is so much better and cleaner and not far from my house will go there going forward! Poor customer service snd cleanliness.
