Tom is a great and so kind business man. He takes care of his clients from start to finish and with all the fine details. Food is phenomenal for and service is fantastic with a beautiful venue. I go to Andorra for all my event needs.

If you’re looking for a venue that truly delivers elegance, service, and unforgettable memories—Andorra Banquets is it! The Kouros family has built a beautiful tradition here in NWI. The staff is warm, professional, and attentive, and the food? Absolutely incredible. Whether it’s a quinceañera, wedding, or corporate event, this is where celebrations shine. Highly recommend!

The venue itself was beautiful and our wedding day looked amazing but the experience leading up to it could’ve been much better. Communication with Tom was hit or miss, and our final food tasting didn’t happen until about a week and a half before the wedding, which added a lot of last minute stress.
We were also told we’d have access to an extra room, but on the day of, it was booked for another event. The “day-of coordinator” was pretty much nonexistent, and a family member had to step in and coordinate things.
We had asked for Busch Lite and Miller Lite for the open bar, but got Budweiser instead. Not a huge deal on its own, but with everything we paid, those little things added up and made it feel like customer experience wasn’t really a priority.
To be fair, the venue was accommodating when we followed up multiple times, and again, it’s a stunning space. We just wish the service matched the price tag.

Went there for Easter brunch the food looked like it came out of a can absolutely terrible nothing was enjoyable.
They had hot pop behind the bar that they were pouring into cups of ice which tasted horrible.
There's absolutely nothing I can say about that Easter brunch that's positive.
Stay away from this place.

I would not book anything with this company. My sister planned her wedding reception with Andorra. TWO DAYS before the reception she was told they double booked the hall and the other family refused to move so they would have to move her wedding reception to another hall. What a huge inconvenience, but we moved to another location. As if that wasn’t enough, they did not provide one of the main entrees that they ordered and paid for when they planned the menu! In addition to that, they served the wrong vegetable. We had also paid for kids meals - yeah those didn’t get served either. So they basically just cooked what was around. Now they don’t answer the phone or return calls for a refund of all the food that was paid for that didn’t get served. Terrible service. Save yourself a headache.

Thanks to Tom and staff for hosting our son’s Christening celebration! The food, atmosphere and room were perfect. Thanks also to the wait staff for their attentiveness to our needs and requests!

The facility was clean and orderly. The staff were responsive and there was good parking available.

Don't EVER EAT THE CHICKEN THERE!!! It's always under cooked and red in the middle..i got sick from there.

Had booked my daughter's sweet 15 here literally 1 year in advance! I kept calling Tom to make sure not to double book our party because there was a few people my husband knew that told him that it happened to family of their's. Everytime I called to tell him he assured me that no other party was booked. Well 2 weeks before my daughter's party I kept trying to reach out because I never heard back from him on the food tasting for the venue. Finally he called me back 3 days after and told us to go in that Saturday of that week. We went to the food tasting and the food was ok. Well the week of my daughter's party he calls me that Tuesday wanting to talk to me saying there was a problem. I said problem, what problem. He proceeds to tell me he double booked.(me like wtf, lost) when my husband and I specifically told him about not double booking on that day due to previous parties he had. He offered his supposedly brother's hall like 5 min from Andorras. I was super mad as well as my husband! We had everything paid for and he still asks us to change the date!!! Like no, I had to send texts to all my guests again with the new location. My first borns big day and to get ruined by this man because she chose this hall after seeing 4 halls! We made sure she enjoyed herself, it was her night to dance away. The food was cold, the chicken was dry, the rice was hard. Be careful when booking here, he is known to be sneaky and double book so his brother can get business too at his place called HALL OF ST. GEORGE in Schereville, Indiana.

Bad food. Roast chicken gad an awful after taste.

Really fantastic cranberry barbecue pork. One of the best dishes I’ve ever had!
