Good food and service
Good was very good as always. Staff was efficient yet friendly. Restaurant dining area was clean and bright. Same for restroom. Overall a good place to enjoy lunch.

Bring back Arby’s Q please
Went through the drive through on 3-14-25, wait time was pretty long but that’s what ever. We get our receipt to find out that we got charged 1$ for some charity that they never asked us about but automatically charged us for. We then get our drinks and my gf gets a medium Dr Pepper and I get a large lemonade, the cups were the exact same sizes but when asked about it we were told it was a large lemonade (obviously it wasn’t). We then pull out the drive through to find out that we didn’t receive one of our sandwhiches and had to turn around and go inside to get it. This place is horribly ran and we will not be going to this location ever again. The staff was rude and the manager couldn’t run a blender even with instructions probably. There is another location a few mins in the other direction that is better ran and will go to that one instead. Close this place down.

Didn't give me the food how I asked 4 it. No whipped cream on shake. Fresh fries. & when I'm paying 27 bucks for fast food for two meals I expect to get that and in reasonable amount of time.
Idk who let yall smoke inside but it smells of heavy cigarettes. I smelled no food 100% cigarettes
Been going to this location for years, the staff is friendly quick and engaging. Food is always fresh and well prepared.

2. THE PLACE WAS CLEAN OR FAIRLY DECENT CONSIDERING IT WAS AROUND THE 2/3:00PM EARLY RUSH PERIOD.
3. FOOD WAS OKAY BUT I SMELLED AND TASTED WHAT MIGHT HAVE BEEN OLD GREASE IN THE FOODS.

They were so friendly and clean.
Employees are very slow to wait on customers. Employees are speaking extremely loud to each other, not work related. Doesn’t surprise me that there are no customers at noon! Tables need to be cleaned as well.

The inside of the restaurant smells like old, dirty grease. My food smells and tastes the same. My food was old and definitely sitting for a while. Overall, not great.

Arby’s has lost their mind. Their WI-FI is down so they are refusing to make any online orders. So the employees are sitting in the dining room having a great time. It must be nice to be an Arby’s manager and decide to simply not work, get paid and refuse to serve customers WHEN THE RESTAURANT IS EMPTY. Hats off to the laziest crew in fast food, where they would prefer to BEAT SALES DOWN TO ZERO. This might be the next fast food bankruptcy. Seriously avoid this place the food isn’t worth it.
