The girl with tattoos on her arm a nose piercing and black glasses was beyond rude. She completely messed up my order on purpose bc she had me repeat it 4 times and confirmed it but started yelling ARE YOU DONE?! then at the window when I paid she hit her machine yelling CMON bc it wasn’t going fast enough for her. Then she gave me cut up tenders. You could tell they were cut. She basically gave me 1 chicken tender cut up into 3 pieces. She rolled her eyes when she handed me the bag. My kids got scared and started crying because of her yelling.

PSA: CHECK ALL YOUR ORDER before you leave parking lot. Ordered via drive-through this afternoon at 4:22pm. and paid $28.21 for two meals that were totally incorrectOrdered #1 Beef n Cheddar and received just a beef sandwich dry with no cheddarOrdered #13 chicken club wrap and received some marketplace sandwich as pictured$30 is too much to pay for fast food that's not at least accurate per the order placed. The orders were not specialized, nothing extra or removed...plain simple billboard as is orders. This is ridiculous and uncalled for.REVISED: per generic response from Arby's Owner below I did contact corporate in regards to this issue and have yet to receive a response. Therefore, my conclusion is the company values are reflected in service rendered and all could careless about customer satisfaction.PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR GOOD TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY AT ARBYS!!

Why is the drive thru the only option? Won't go back there. Don't want to purchase food when the windows of the place are filthy. Makes you wonder how the kitchen looks.

From the receipt timestamp I waited 18 minutes to get my food in the drive through. (would have went in the store if I didn't have a child with me) It took 16 minutes for the food and then the workers stared at me for 2 more minutes until they came back to bring my drinks. The food was just ok since some was not as fresh. The only good part was the lady that gave me my drinks was very apologetic. The guy who took the order did not seem to care. I have no plans to go back to the store, longest wait I've ever experienced in a drive through.

"Arby's in Schererville, Indiana, provided a disappointing experience. The white cheddar Mac and cheese with chicken and bacon sandwich was dry and overcooked, lacking flavor. Drive thru was moving fast good service the lady was nice but I guess whoever's in the back making the food is having a bad time because my beef n cheddar was absolute garbage. My one slider was decent and the mozz sticks were good but the beef n cheddar is arbys classic sandwich a newcomer would never return. Now I see why people don't like arbys. This place used to be on point
