This place is going downhill fast. I emailed Aurelios in Schererville about an experience 3 wks ago they NEVER got back to me.... we take my mom here every time we visit her. We've had issues yesterday 5.12.24 and the time before as well. I complained about getting the cookie my mom loves because it was brought to the table and was entirely melted ice cream and whip cream so melted you could pour it like water.

Will never waste money in this joint again. Place is totally empty but you still have to wait for a table. Food is a toss up between hot and cold. The Calbrese sucks. Has zero flavor. Staff is totally unresponsive and rude. And to top it all off they don’t even wrap up your pizza to go. They don’t even give you a Togo box unless you ask for it. 🙄 corporate also states that this location is the worst one they have. Tons of complaints.
