First impression walking in a business is everything! I understand it is a day before Thanksgiving but doesn't excuse the rude attitude. "What do you want?" I sent my daughters quickly to get pies, like we ALWAYS do. I am used to the big lines on holidays. To be honest, that is the only time this restaurant is busy. They need to do some urgent upgrades on their restaurant. I was looking past what it looks like but I will be taking my business elsewhere and won't be coming back. It only takes one time to get bad service for me to walk away. There is nothing unique about the food. I only bought the pies because it reminded me of my hometown Chicago. Do I recommend? No!

We love the family atmosphere of this restaurant. The employees are so friendly, especially the sweet hostess that boxed up our pie slices.

I got the 4-Square Breakfast with ham, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes and fresh fruit. I even got a slice of cheesecake with strawberry sauce and whipped cream. Let me just say… I didn’t even have the patience to take a picture!

Those were some of the best breakfast potatoes I’ve ever had! The ham was juicy, and the cheesecake was second only to my own.

This was my favorite place to breakfast but I just had the worst experience. I ordered (from DoorDash) the 4-square with the strawberry crepes, as usual, and I ate a piece of it when I saw one of the strawberries had mold on it, can't believe whoever made it didn't notice it, cause it's completely black. Really love your food but this was very disappointing and ruined my perception of this place.

Please make high quality French Silk Pies again like you did several years ago. I would be willing to pay more for your pie if you used better quality ingredients. I miss the delicious pies back in the day….

My favorite dish of yours is the Cobb salad it used to be diced super small and everything was diced super small. I noticed my recent order that things are much larger, and less things were diced, which was a disappointment.

Although I have always loved Bakers Square, recently, the quality of the food has declined, primarily when I order it for delivery or to pick up. It seems as if the staff doesn't pay attention to the online orders with the same level of detail as they do with people eating at the restaurant. Possibly that's because of the lack of tip. I'm not sure. What I do know is that it's not the same as it used to be.
