I ordered a 3-scoop sundae and a bottle of water, via Gruhbub. It came as less than 1 scoop with a topping I did not order and mostly melted. Grubhub mostly refunded me. Disappointing, as a previous order was great. Hit or miss at today's prices isn't okay. I suggest you go in person, so you can see your order as this is what I am going to do.

It’s an older man that looks to be in his 70’s or even older. He was by himself at 12 midnight!!!! With so many customers. That is absolutely heartbreaking. Give that man some help! He did an AMAZING job. He deserves a freaking raise. He’s a HUMAN , NOT a robot.

CLOSE IT DOWN!!! The workers are ignorant mostly the older manager is extremely rude and unprofessional and if your order is correct you should celebrate because it's a rare occasion. The worst location in the area I recommend you stay away it's a toxic location and has been for atleast a few years now

This particular Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin' Donuts is very slow with Uber Eats orders, especially at night. It's unbelievable how slow they are when there is almost no one here. Really hoping one day they'll step it up.

The guy who is here at night with the gimp walk always makes picking up doordash orders difficult. First time he said it would take 5 minutes to remake an ice coffee because he had to "remake" it because the customer wanted to add 2 pumps of mocha. Second time someone orders an ice cream cake and it's not in stock and he tell me to pull out and call the customer and since they don't know what's in stock I have to pull back through to ask him and pull out again to ask the customer which they prefer then bull back through to place the order, then he tells me to pull through to the front and he'll bring it out to me instead of handing it through the window. Then he hobbles it out the front door taking it sweet time. Third time same thing but with Chocolate fudge ice cream. He's costing me time and money.
Just left and decided to go elsewhere for icecream. The employee was really rude. Unnecessary. If you don't want to be there, try not to take it out on the customers.

Lol, they literally debated giving ? a military discount on Memorial Day and then decided after looking myself and the kids up and down not to. I'll let you decide the assumptions as to why not, but the primitive response to track your customers looking at cream cakes is so uncalled for. Don't worry we payed for it (like we always do) We'll pray for you though cuz your most likely the owners. God Blessings your way
