This place is awful, they gave us cold food that looked like it had been sitting under a heater, and our appetizer had to be sent back and came out after the food came out. The server barely interacted with us and the manager had an attitude and gave us 5 dollars off our bill. I do not recommend.

We ordered a huge online order on a Friday for lunch. We were missing a few items and the manager was very apologetic and anxious to make it right! I went back to the restaurant and he was waiting outside for me with my replacements and a little something extra for my trouble! He was so nice! Will definitely order from there again!

Giving a five star review because I like to allow businesses to fix their quality. But the staff and location is always pleasant. However, their food quality has gone down-hill over the past few years. Pricing has dropped a bit which is nice to see. Reflecting the quality of food.

So there is a Cat or Kat that works at this location and was very rude towards my daughter and friends holding my daughter phone telling her she can’t have it back until all bills are paid unprofessional and probably against the law a manager was made aware and apologized for her behavior this is never ok horrible experience will not be back and I’ll be sure to spread the word!

The first time in my life I left zero tip. I just couldn’t believe it. Forgot our appetizer, brought out the wrong flavor wings I got, only got one drink that came after the food. After we ate she brought out the appetizer after my husband asked what happened to it, I would have just canceled it. Of course still charged 15 dollars for it even though we didn’t get to eat it as an appetizer. Ate our dinner with no drinks. They were also brought after our food. We were the only ones this waitress was servicing. No reason for this other than she was sitting on a bench on her phone while we ate our wrong food, check never came, had to flag down another waiter to go get the waitress off the phone to come serve us. The worst service I’ve ever received, my son is 13 and we been coming here since he was in diapers, wow.

No lie I came in at 9:30 didn’t even get seated until 10:02 mind you the store is not busy whatsoever. Server doesn’t even get to our table until 10:30 and has a crazy attitude. Food was mid

We waited 30 min for a server when it was slow and nobody showed up

You would think after spending 70 dollars you would get my order right and has not been the first time honestly really frustrated I would not recommend ordering from this place they dont care

Had one of the worst experiences in my life! The server should’ve stayed home. Stay away from a Kiley! I will not return to this restaurant again and will let my friends know as well!

The Bar n que chicken salad was disgusting. Most all of the pieces of chicken were just grisly just gross. Not edible
Just so disappointing. The lettuce most all was just wilted. Definitely an appetizer suppressant

I usually like this place but this is a warning do not ever get the Caribbean jerk flavor. Die of starvation before you eat this.

Went to the bar. Trash ass service, waitress was talking shit, so I won't be back. No stars.
