The host was rude, had an attitude, and was racist. When we got there, there was nobody in line, no wait. However, they didn't speak to us or greet us until after 15mins that we were standing there. We did try to get their attention, but we were told "wait don't you see, I'm busy." She was on her phone. Finally, we were told there was a 40-minute wait. Again, there was nobody there waiting but us and plenty of empty tables. We did question that, we were told, "If you don't like it, leave. We can do without people like you." We waited for almost an hour. When we sat down, the waitress barely came to check in us. We waited another 30 minutes for our food. The wings were cold, and fries were burned. We never received a refill on our water or drinks. Did not receive everything that was we ordered.Wheelchair accessibility: None
Food, spirit, and atmospheric. Food was decent, despite my burger coming out a bit salty I figured it may just be a certain cook adjusting to their job. Other than that it's cool place. Wouldn't mind returning

Went on a Thursday and saw that it was buy one get one free boneless wing night. Server came over right away and got r drink order. Once she came back we put in app and r food order. The food came out and we hardly saw r server again. Idk if it was shift change but the manager was having her take every table that came in. Tried to flag her down but didn't work. Needed refills for awhile and didn't have napkins. Other than that the food was really good. Tried the new honey Sriracha sauce tasted great not spicy tho.

I was there with my family yesterday and it was the most terrible experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. My server wasn’t friendly, she was more interested in sitting down with her co workers than taking our order properly. It took her 30min to come and take our order! When the food came another 30min later, it’s was bought by a different server because again my server was too busy socializing. They forgot the appetizer and when they brought it out it was cold and so was the wings! They also forgot my daughter salad, which we had to remind her again. We also ordered drinks and water and she forgot to bring the lemons for the water and when we asked she had an attitude as if we were bothering her. Overall this is the worst location and I spend $95.00. I still left the sever a tip because I know that things are hard but the audacity of her behavior, I shouldn’t have left her anything.

Felt like we were ignored cause all we ordered was wings and water. Well at todays prices it sucks to eat out. But we still take care of our servers trying to make a living. Try harder next time cause if you don't your customers will take their mobey elsewhere and now you won't have a job!

Food isn't the problem, it's the service. I order ahead to avoid long waits and they still never have the food ready when you get here. You could order something an hour in advance and your food is guaranteed to still not be ready when you come to pick it up. Make it make sense...

I mean, it’s Buffalo Wild Wings. Expectations were low but surprising they should have been lower. Took over an hour to get naked tenders and fries. The rest of meal had issues plagued throughout, wrong sauces, wrong toppings on burgers, lack of drink refills - I think I was given one refill on water over the course of almost 1.5 hours. And by no means was this a busy time. We came around 2:30 on the weekend, and the place was practically empty. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. The food is simply not that good to make up for abismal service.

The staff at the front desk seemed unprofessional and untrained - no young person should be left unattended to handle customer interactions. Their incompetence led to such a frustrating experience that I ultimately had no choice but to leave. I will not be returning to this establishment."This use to be my favorite place.
