Ms.Tammy the manager was amazing.. she greeted me in the dining room..as I waited on my food .. she and I had a pleasant conversation..I liked that fact. That she was so personable.. she went above and beyond. To make sure I was accommodated.. My experience from the time I walked I. Until the time I left was top tier..and yes I will definitely be back for another experience.. thank you Ms.Tammy and Staff!

It's really ridiculous how the employees at Buona think they need to tell Uber Eats drivers to confirm the orders before we even receive them. Why should we confirm that we have received the order when it is still in the Buona employees hands and we do not yet have it? You are literally asking us to bear false witness.. that we have received the order when we have not yet received it. Second, it should be understood that we are self-employed. We do not work for Buona and the Buona employees do not become our bosses when we walk in the door. We cannot make an income without confirming the order so we are going to confirm it. Most of us have been doing this for many years and we have managed to complete jobs without being instructed by Buona employees. And we do not need to show a Buona employee our phone as we are confirming the order. We don't even have to show the police our phones as it's an invasion of privacy. Maybe Buona employees should work on getting warrants for the Uber Eats drivers that come to deliver the food? They are literally accusing us of being people who could potentially Rob the store and customer which more often than not will be a false accusation. And think, if the food was already prepared and ready on the shelves we would be able to grab it and walk right out but why is it if the order is not ready and the employee is handing it to us, we have to confirm it before they even give it to us? How ridiculous. How about this? Buona employees can worry about doing their jobs and let Uber Eats drivers worry about doing theirs.
On the bright side, at least you guys are preparing the drinks now instead of expecting Uber Eats delivery drivers to do your job of preparing them and that for free.

This was my first visit today. I tried a few things. I tasted the meatball sub and the Italian sausage. Both meats were amazing. I do not like the bread. Maybe it works well with Italian beef because it withstands the moisture. I found it to be chewy. It had the texture that I can best describe as cheese pull from a pizza. The service was friendly and fast.

Beef is good. But prices up and amount of meat in the sandwich down. If you get cheese, good luck finding any on there.

I went there to get two meals of larger beef & mozzarella, that come with fries & drink. I asked for onion rings instead of one of the fries. Total was $37.00. I won’t be going back there anymore

That’s ridiculous. And we couldn’t use points because they “updated” system while my husband was in hospital over summer.

I usually love a good beef sandwich from here but the beef was a little on the spicy side this time and I asked for it to be baptized and it was still dry...still love their fries best around

This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants. The food is always delicious and the service is always very friendly and attentive! Can’t decide between the Italian Beef or Sausage? Get the combo! They also have a very generous loyalty rewards program!

Great Chicago Style Roast Beef. Family from out of town loved it.

Went there this afternoon? Ordered big beef meal , a beef ,onion rings and a combo. Order was 100% accurate served and served to me hot. Staff was very friendly, Restaurant was very clean. Wait time was short.
