Didn't have biscuits for the biscuit sandwiches I ordered and offered me croissants instead which I didn't want. Wouldn't give me a refund...terrible service.

I pulled into the drive thru at 10am an wanted to order a whopper meal. They said they aren’t serving lunch yet . It’s in their menu an any other Burger King serves them at 7am I’ll be calling corporate to report it!!!

This used to be a really great Burger King up until recently.

I always order through the app, and I was told that you have to now go into the store through the gas station to pick up your order.

The manager there honestly couldn't have given a shit less when I said I wouldn't be frequenting this Burger King anymore.

She was so dismissive and pretty sad as a "manager". Good managers keep the restaurant stocked.
My knee was killing me, that's why I chose a drive thru.

The guy that was standing their when i came inside walked out because the employee/manager hadn't acknowledged he was there.
They were out of multiple basic items

Wow, this was terrible today. Drive through worker was shouting the entire time I was there. The counter person was trying to help her and ignoring customers, and a guy in a white tee shirt gave me ketchup packets after waiting several minutes. Brutal.

Horrible is an understatement. I tried to use my code from my app which was not used.the girl took my money but never gave me a receipt. Had me move to a parking spot by the car wash. While I was waiting for my food she had someone go through the drive through several times. I assume to make is look as if she was busy. I heard her tell that person to stop and wait like 20 seconds and go back around a few times. When I finally got my food it was missing food. I work locally and will make sure none of my coworkers ever go there.

I had such a craving for Burger King, yet I should've known because this Burger King is ALWAYS AWFUL! The ONLY worker I've seen there that actually cares enough to do their job is elderly lady who works there. So sad that she out-does all the young boys who work there. I was there today, and your worker spent more time on their phone than anything. I asked for onion rings with the sauce in the drive-thru, and even asked for extra onion ring sauce. I get my order, cold whopper, under cooked onion rings (the breading fell right off of them from being too soggy) and no sauce. I go in and ask for sauce, after standing there probably 2-3 minutes because his head was buried in his phone. He tells me they were out of it. I asked why didn't you tell me that in the drive-thru when I asked for it? He said he didn't realize they were out. I told him I wouldn't of ordered it then. He wouldn't exchange or refund.
