I used to go almost every Thursday after work because it's the most convenient. Service is always so slow, even if there isn't anyone else in line. They are often out of things, I do come later in the day so I guess I can give a pass for that. Staff friendly-ness is so-so. Except for when ivonne is working, she's great.

Every single time I go here, something is forgotten. Ordered a Swiss and BACON Royal Crispy sandwich. No bacon at all. They were not busy at all. Last time I was there, they were also dead yet still messed up every sandwich while also forgetting two of our sides. Do better.

Burger King at this location is the best Berger King I’ve eaten at. The food was hot and fresh. I like the customer service. The young man politely took back my fries which I can’t consumer salt. He exchanged them with a smile. You Rock Burger King!

I just had one of the best Whopper combos ever! Food was so fresh, juicy and tasty that I'm greatly impressed. It's a Sunday night and this meal made my night. The cashier was super nice and polite. This will definitely be my BK.

NEW GM AND HER COOK IS AMAZING AN MAKES THEEEE BEST CRISPY WHOPPER breakfast has a return cook she's amazing with the food!! Food here has DEFINITELY upgraded quality and presentation. Workers seem friendly and happy 😊 you guys have got to see for yourself. Oh my breakfast burrito was awesome today.

This is one of the worst run Burger Kings in all of NW Indiana. Do yourself a favor and drive 5 min down the road to Dyer if you gotta have BK. This was supposedly the training BK for new hires for this franchisee. Consistantly slow, consistantly wrong. They also seem to run out of ingredients quite often so make sure you check if they have something before you go.
