This was my worst experience ever! I ordered $75.00 worth of food. The pizzas were so greasy that the paper wrap was all see through. One of the pizzas were missing a corner piece don't ask me how but it was the other one all the cheese from the middle was gone from the pizza sliding from the delivery.. And when I called about it the owner Lady want to give me $2.00 in credit. But I ended up with a $5.00 creidt. She wanted me to take them back. But my grandkids were hungry. So we tried to make the best of it. It was a nightmare. I don't think I'll go back even though I have been eating Capris since I was younger from the original spot in South Chicago.

We have been customers since we lived in Chicago. We always order the same thing Large half cheese & half pepperoni. Yummy Fries. That stuffed pizza with sausage & spinach is the BEST! We get a box of chicken and it's always a Capri's feast.They ALWAYS give us the BEST customer service. I recommend this place to everyone that loves great food.

Super disappointed today with the slop of a pizza I got and cold shrimp. I understand it’s Super Bowl Sunday but damn! Know your limit and have some dignity in the pies you’re sending out. Been a fan of Capri Pizza for years!..the Schereville location has been putting me on hold EVERY TIME I call/sometimes for over 5mins, so I hang up call again just to be placed on hold again. So I’m giving up on them till they get better service. Try Stateline Pizza in Dyer, they never place you on hold and their pizza is delicious! 🔥😋

We’ve ordered from Capri for years. One of our favs has always been the fries. Not anymore. They permanently changed them, they are no longer the crinkle cut. They are insanely greasy and mushed! I’m done! Time to find a new place.

This place used to be our favorite. We order like twice a week. The last 3 times weren’t good. They changed their fries which aren’t the best. We miss the crinkle fries especially because these new ones have a horrible after taste. They always forget sauces or don’t follow the instructions that we can add (like Au jus on the side). Also, the prices have went up. We want the old Capri to come back because we had no issues before and have been loyal customers for years.

The pizza here is closest to Chicago pizza in the area as far as thin crust. The margherita pizza is delicious! Will definitely be ordering from here again
