I dined in today with my four kids and it was getting pretty busy. One of the ladies (Mariana) noticed I had my hands full with my kids and offered to help me bring my drinks to our table. But the wonderful service didn’t stop there. She brought out our meals to us and continued to check in on us throughout our meal, offering to get our refills and anything else we needed. She even brought us a few goodies as a Merry Christmas. She didn’t just provide great customer service, she gave my children and I the feeling of what Christmas spirit is and another reason to keep coming back! Thank you Mariana!

Twice I called corporate "CARE" to say that I ordered from DoorDash and clearly asked for CFA and BBQ sauce and got none. They NEVER returned my call. Hope Raising CANES opens up here soon.
You get a mixed bag amethyst location. Sometimes the food is good and sometimes it's just ok. I will say that the customer service is always a fivestar experience even at 6:30 in the morning.
Actually, I am a driver and I picked up food for a customer. I like that the lobby was very busy and the counter people took their time and greeted you with a lot of respect the customer service rep at the cash register. Make sure that I have my order accurately, and I was able to serve the person I was going to take the food too For always being at this restaurant and that the food was hot on the dot and very quick and very nice. Thank you so much. Customer Service does go along way specially for fast food.
Parking: I felt the parking lot was a little tight for me, especially when you want to go inside the place. It was kind of confusing. You just have to guide your way and just drive safely to get your food.
Kid-friendliness: This is definitely a family place to go and if you want to take your kids there, it would definitely be nice something healthy and quick
